Parker House

Jim, Kristin, and Skylar recently had a newly designed and built home that the VT PRO paint crew proudly capped off with a great paint job!

While building was in process Jim and Kirsten met with us to come up with a color scheme that matched the country/modern look that they wanted to achieve.  For the main body of the house we did the siding in Phelidelphia Cream (a historic color from Ben Moore), trim in Chalk White, and the ceiling of the deck in Natural stain.  The garage and apartment was done in solid-body Barn Red, trim in Chalk White, and the garage doors were hit with Cedar Stain, along with the doors.  The chimney and vertical soffit board siding on the basement level and first floor of the house received Seagull Gray in solid-stain

Thanks Parkers!  More exciting projects with the Parkers are in the works and will be featured soon.

Martin-Tryhane

Peter and Diane had VT PRO team up with the Clark's (Timberpeg) to transform their valley home.  From start to finish the house received a new roof (Ice and Water shield membrane and new Architectural Shingles), new trim, and a new deck color.  The prior color palette had been slightly drab with a faded light gray roof, stark white trim, and a light brown deck.  In order to give the house a nicer weight we used a dark gray mix of shingles, cream color trim (which helped bring out the tones in the siding) and a mahogany deck to add contrast.

Thanks Peter and Diane!

Below are a few action shots of the roof coming off, color consulting with the customer, and more ...

The darker color running down the boards is the new "Mahogany"(solid body) Benjamin Moore Arborcoat deck stain. Quite the contrast!
