Don't Underestimate Barn Red!

The O'Halloran family have a great get away home here in the valley that needed a little sprucing up.  After meeting with Tim and his wife it was clear that the previous grey was drab, to say the least, and something new was desired.

Red is great color that is full of life, but do not let it deceive you.  From a painting aspect picking the right shade of red is not easy as there are many factors that influence the pigment such as lighting (comparing evening light to morning light), colors of the surrounding environment, the client, and the architecture of the home.

Barn Red for the O'Halloran was fitting in so many ways.  It helped transform the house and give it a classic look, warm feel, compliment it's architecture well, and made it an homage to the Swiss ski chalet.

Note:  The decks are not done yet, a few sections had to be replaced in order to make the project complete, images coming soon.

Thanks O'Hallorans!

Dick and Laura Kingsbury

Dick and Laura Kingsbury have a great home in Fayston that they wanted to freshen up for their daughter's wedding.  The guys worked around the clock on a weekend to sand prime and paint the entrance of their house.

The siding was done in Beaker Beige Ben Moore Select, Lafayette Green Ben Moore Soft-gloss, and Burgundy inlay.

Thanks Dick and Laura!
