Maclay Architects

As the 2011 exterior painting season came to a close, Vermont Pro was able finish this monster of a lead paint remediation project. Maclay Architects, located along Route 100 in Waitsfield, was a two year project that saw an intensive amount of lead removal. The building itself was about 20 years overdue for a paint job and a good amount of siding had to be replaced, as seen in the above image.  But with the great effort and attention to detail put forth by the Vermont Pro paint crew, this historic building once again shines.  Thanks Bill and Alex!
The siding color is Philadelphia Cream (Ben Moore MoorGlo flat), trim was Chalk White (Ben Moore MoorGlo) and the door is Evergreen (Ben Moore Soft Gloss).  If you want to see more lead prep in action, please refer to last year's posts!
